Microsoft’s deal to buy Nokia gets thumbs-up from China

When one massive corporation buys another one, its not as simple as handing over the dosh and winking. Theres also the small matter of the worlds competition authorities, which check that the deal wont affect market conditions. China has finally given its blessing to the Microsoft – Nokia tie-up, meaning that the pair can make their marriage official, probably before the end of April.
