Obama administration to set rules for banks to handle weed money

Attorney General Eric Holder made an appearance at the University of Virginias Miller Center yesterday to discuss such topics as prison reform, Edward Snowden, and the Obama administrations stance on marijuana. During the talk, Holder went on to state that the federal government is preparing regulations that will make it easier for banks to do business with legal pot sellers. According to Holder, the Justice and Treasury Departments are collaborating on the regulations to ease the anxiety of banks unwilling to work with weed merchants for fear of being prosecuted.
