The first iteration of Samsungs mobile gaming controller took a lot of inspiration from Microsofts Xbox gamepad design, but this second coming has managed to trim almost all of it out. Youll need to be running Android 4.1 or higher, with NFC-capable Galaxy devices on Android 4.3 automatically pairing with the GamePad. Samsungs also introducing a Mobile Console app, which gathers together a choice of compatible games to browse and purchase. There are 35 games at launch with Samsung promising much more to come in 2014. Though the company says the GamePad is already available in some European markets, it declined to provide specifics on where it can be bought or for how much.
