Samsungs rugged Galaxy S4 Active offered consumers the functionality of the companys popular S4 with the added benefit of protection from dust and the ability to survive in up to 3 feet of water for 30 minutes. And it appears that the concept was so well received by smartphone buyers that Samsung is making a similar version for its Galaxy S5. According to notorious Twitter tipster @evleaks, the Galaxy S5 Active is headed to ATT and Sprint, in addition to other carriers, though an exact release date hasnt been revealed.
