The company has confirmed the rumors with the official launch of the Galaxy Note III Neo handset, aimed at cost-conscious, large-screen-loving consumers. Unveiled Friday in Poland and set to launch further afield as February gets underway, though not in the UK or the US, the handset is a very decent compromise in terms of balancing size and performance with expense.
