Scribds e-book subscription service is only six months old, and already its working hard to hook some big names to convince you that its worth $9 a month. The company has now snagged a deal with publisher Lonely Planet thatll see hundreds of the latters travel guides appear on the formers platform. At the same time, the company has added in bookmarking across all devices, so youll always be able to find that list of restaurants when youre roaming without WiFi.
