Search engine exposes hackers’ passwords to solicit donations

A new search engine called Indexeus offers an easy way for neer-do-wells to look up login credentials from over a hundred hacks, including recent high-profile dumps of Adobe and Yahoo credentials. In other words, the search engine is marketing itself to the same people that it is exposing. The men behind Indexeus planned to offer protection services — pay the site a donation of $1 per record, and you can have your sensitive info removed (or blacklisted) from the search engine.
