Things have been going very poorly for Sprint for the last several years and T-Mobile is eager to kick the company while it’s down. T-Mobile on Thursday announced a new program that would give free data plan upgrades to its Simple Choice customers if they refer friends from other major carriers — and T-Mobile made sure to pay special attention to disgruntled Sprint customers. “Sprint’s customers have suffered much,” T-Mobile writes. “They’ve endured the Framily. They’ve endured America’s slowest nationwide LTE network. And now again, the (ironically named) carrier has forsaken its loyal customers, offering its latest, “best deals” to everyone but its own current customers.
