The Gear Fit is Samsung’s curved take on the fitness band

Because two wearable devices just wasn’t enough, Samsung has unveiled a third entry into the 2014 lineup at Mobile World Congress: the fitness-minded Gear Fit. The Gear Fit is a more compact device than the Galaxy Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo smartwatches, although it offers much of the same functionality. The Gear Fit features a 1.84-inch curved AMOLED display, a 210 mAh battery that should last 3-4 days between charges, Bluetooth connectivity and a changeable strap. Inside the Fit is an accelerometer, gyro and heart rate sensors. Apps to monitor your workout sessions will be included, but third-party apps can be downloaded to the device as well.
