By all accounts, Windows tablets have yet to catch on in the mainstream market in the way the iPad or smaller Android tablets have, despite efforts from numerous manufacturers including Microsoft itself. But that isnt stopping tablet makers from pressing on, and today Toshiba released the Encore 2, its latest Windows 8 tablet effort.
