ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey’s highest court on Thursday ruled that the country’s ban on YouTube is a violation of freedom of expression — a set-back for Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who had advocated shutting down the video-sharing website.
