NEW YORK (AP) — The opening bell has been rung on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange as Twitter prepares to start trading under the ticker symbol TWTR. Twitters trading debut is the most highly anticipated since Facebooks last year. Theres indication that Twitter could start trading at up to 77 percent above its IPO price.
