Microsofts internal reorganization after the ascension of Satya Nadella to the CEO role continues. Tony Bates, the companys executive vice president for business development and evangelism, and Tami Reller, its marketing chief, are both leaving the company, according to Re/code. Re/code reports that Eric Rudder, executive vice president of advanced strategy, will take over Bates duties while a full-time replacement is sought. Meanwhile, Reller will reportedly be replaced by marketing executive Chris Capossela, who will take over advertising from Mark Penn. Penn, the architect of Microsofts controversial Scroogled campaign, will now reportedly boast the title of executive vice president and chief strategy officer.
