The US will announce criminal charges against China today for using hackers to steal secrets from American companies, according to multiple reports. Attorney General Eric Holder is expected to announce the official charges against hackers in the Peoples Liberation Army at a press conference at 10AM, along with a list of US companies that have had trade secrets stolen.
