Vine for Windows Phone is now at feature parity with its iOS and Android equivalents. After initially debuting without drafts support last month, Vine for Windows Phone has reached version 1.1 today and now includes the ability to save and resume Vines. Vine on Windows Phone includes Live Tile integration with the ability to pin Vine users to the Start Screen, or a quick link to make a six second video.
