Netflix is apparently making full use of Arrested Development executive producer Ron Howard, and has tapped him for an unlikely reimagining of the Orange is the New Black opening credits. To promote the second season of the Netflix original show, which takes place mainly in an all-female prison, the streaming video service put out a 17-second opener for the show that apes Arrested Developments intro, right down to Howards narration. …
