After some technical difficulties delayed its initial plans on Monday, Elon Musks SpaceX program will launch a Falcon 9 v1.1 rocket around 5:39 p.m. ET on Thursday, from Cape Canaveral in Florida, marking the first Thanksgiving launch since 1956.
