Forget the paper movie poster. Everything is moving now, and studios have been using that to make video posters — generally called motion posters — for some of their splashiest films. Given that its filled with sword- and nunchaku-swinging action, Teenage Mutant Ninjas Turtles makes for a natural fit. The film debuted a motion poster for each turtle today, and while they largely stick to footage from the trailers, they still make for a surprisingly cool introduction to each character. Now we just have to wait until the average poster can animate Harry Potter-style while up on a wall.
