“Italian Model” – Facebook Scam

A new spam is spreading on Facebook very rapidly. The new Facebook scam is similar to the earlier one where Marika Fruscio exposed on TV.

Clicking on the link will take you to a fake YouTube webpage, where you are tricked into sharing the link further with your online friends.

After clicking on play tab, it will take you to a fradulent link:
hxxp: //line9123.info/modelwidget.php

Such scams we are seeing popping up every day.If you got hit by such scams, make sure you have removed the entries from your news feed (to stop them being shared amongst your friends), and check your profile does not have any unwanted “Likes” under your “Likes and interests”. Alternately, you can report the scam to Facebook Security.
