Description: In order to expand our QA user landscape, we are looking to immediately fill the position of Team Leader (m/f) Virtualisation/Test Lab In this position you will be responsible for the virtualisation/test lab and the release tests of our exchange product. You will ensure a high degree of virtualisation availability as well as product stability and thus a high level of customer satisfaction through your commitment, communication skills and specialist expertise. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team reaches its goals. Our challenges: * You will work independently within prescribed parameters to achieve maximum effectiveness. By monitoring log files and system e-mails, you will identify and solve problems in a secure manner. This includes the planning, implementation and provision of virtualisation. * You will support and actively build co-operation in various forms (Microsoft). * As team leader, you will manage and motivate employees to work together to reach the challenging goals set for them. * You will plan and initiate additional training for your team members so that they are prepared for new challenges and grow with them.
Required skills: Your qualifications: * Microsoft certifications (for example, MCSE 2003, MCTS, MCITP) * Minimum 3 years experience in the areas of: o MS Windows Server and Client operating systems o Hyper V + System Center Virtual Machine Manager o MS Active Directory 2000/2003/2008 o Mail servers and proxy servers o Networks (TCP/IP, DNS and Routing) o Server – hardware, storage, NAS * Management experience * Excellent command of written and spoken English * Analytical skills * Ability to work in a team * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively * Flexibility and resilience
Desired skills: Desirable additional skills: * Good command of written and spoken German
