T-Mobile has revealed on its support pages that both the Nexus 5 smartphone and the 2013 version of the Nexus 7 tablet are expected to receive their respective Android 4.4.3 KitKat updates starting Monday, Android Police reports, although Google has yet to actually confirm these updates. According to T-Mobile’s support pages, the Nexus 5 will be updated to Android 4.4.3 version KTU84M, which is a 54MB update and will only bring users a few security enhancements and bug fixes. Major new features aren’t expected in this KitKat version. Similarly, the Nexus 7 (2013) will be updated to version KTU84L, also a 54MB download that’s only supposed to fix certain bugs and improve the security of the device.
