Based in Houston, TX, Alert Logic is seeking to hire a strong Windows Desktop Support Professional to provide technical support and maintenance of our internal systems. Our on-demand platform utilizes software-as-a-service (SaaS) to enable our customers the easiest way to secure their networks and comply with policies and regulations. The Windows Desktop Support Professional is responsible for the administration and support of all internal Alert Logic desktop infrastructure. 5-7 years of experience doing desktop support and Windows Server administration Active Directory Support and administration of a hosted Exchange environment Prior imaging experience Ability to set up, maintain and troubleshoot VoIP phones (preferably Cisco) Knowledge of wireless networks Prior experience supporting and troubleshooting biometric security systems Experience using ticketing systems Inventory and Asset Management Working knowledge of Cisco ASA firewalls Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment or independently The initiative and responsibility to take care of tasks and issues as they arise Good administrative and organizational skills for documentation and project management Cisco IOS experience and familiarity with SSH/SSL required |
